When severe winter weather strikes, broadcasters often find it hard to get video of remote areas. A satellite truck is very expensive and cannot always navigate the roads in winter conditions. Global TV in Canada was able to use Streambox Live to solve this problem.

With Fort Bragg very near Jack Britt, many of the parents and fans were over seas. At the request of many, Time Warner Cable’s News 14 in Charlotte decided that they wanted to stream the championship game to those abroad.

The Seattle Marathon Association held their annual race in Seattle on November 29th. The event consisted of a full marathon, half marathon, 5K, as well as a kids run. It was important to provide high quality video of the finish line for friends and family of the runners to view on the Seattle Marathon homepage. [...]
