New Avenir Capability: Low Delay Multi-Path (LDMP) Protocol

Exclusive to Streambox, the brand new Low Delay Multi-Path (LDMP) technology allows superior video streaming via the mobile encoder, Avenir, by dynamically adjusting to changing network conditions. With this capability, users will be able to set their own latency requirements. The LDMP technology monitors available IP networks and ONLY uses connections that offer low latency, allowing Avenir to efficiently maximize available bandwidth and adjust to the user’s latency needs.

The LDMP enhancement to current Streambox technology will be released alongside new Streambox Decoder features as well, advancing the quality of Streambox end-to-end solutions even further.
1. Multi-Stream Feature – User can send up to six video feeds to one decoder and then can select which feed to playout.
2. S&F Receiver (SFR) – A software upgrade that allows decoders to receive and store files directly from Avenir.
