The Streambox Team is continuously adding new features to improve Streambox Live and make the service more beneficial to our users. Recently, Streambox has added GPS geo tagging. Mobile devices with a GPS receiver will automatically transmit current GPS coordinates, if the user allows it, along with the encoder’s metadata.

Due to the recent events in Haiti and the recovery efforts taking place, Streambox is making Streambox Live available free of charge to anyone including emergency relief organizations, government/military, and broadcasters.
