Inside Sales Representative

Streambox is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales, technology, and new challenges. You will work closely with our Sales and Business Development Teams to provide sales and leads support for existing and new accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will also play an integral role in providing backup account management and building customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Support outside sales executives by:
- Providing backup account management and follow-up
- Processing and distributing incoming sales calls
- Identifying and generating a steady flow of qualified leads
- Liaising with existing and new accounts, including cold calling
- Maintaining customer relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Helping create procedures for timely follow up on all channel and direct leads
- Providing data entry assistance

REQUIREMENTS:
•2+ years sales experience in a technology environment
•Positive attitude and professional communication skills
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Excellent phone skills
•Experience with MS Office Suite and other office technology
•BA/BS preferred or equivalent sales/technology/support experience
