Robert Hildeman, CEO and Co-founder
Robert Hildeman is a 17-year veteran of the high tech industry. He co-founded Streambox in 1999 and has been its driving force since the company’s inception. Hildeman has a strong background in business management and development, marketing and sales, combined with entrepreneurial experience. He has successfully launched a number of software and hardware products to both consumer and vertical markets. Hildeman is responsible for corporate vision and strategic direction at Streambox.
Prior to Streambox, Hildeman was President of MCE Software where he developed successful go-to-market strategies that resulted in key sales to major Fortune 500 enterprises. Before joining MCE Software, Hildeman co-founded Dymosoft, an innovator of Windows-based client server applications. Hildeman holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Washington.
Alex Telitsine, CTO and Co-founder
Alex Telitsine has extensive experience in applied mathematics, video compression technology, and software engineering. As co-founder of Streambox, Telitsine drives the company’s strategic product road map and directs the corporate R&D team. He also works closely with key technology and enterprise partners to ensure that Streambox continues to develop cutting edge video compression technology matched to real business needs. Prior to joining Streambox, Telitsine worked as an independent software development contractor on projects in Russia and the far east. Telitsine holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Far East Academy of Science in Russia.
Brian Raine, Vice President, Business Development
Brian Raine directs corporate business development and planning with particular emphasis on strategic account, market, and international channel development. In this capacity, Raine drives the expansion of market share into new and existing markets while leveraging relationships with key partners. Raine brings 12 years of management experience from high growth technology companies. Prior to joining Streambox, Raine directed North America business development, sales, and strategic account management for a European consulting firm within the DNV Group (Det Norske Veritas), serving multinationals in the aerospace, automotive and telecom industries. Raine holds a master’s degree in International Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Grinnell College.
Tim Heiner, Director of Sales
Tim Heiner is responsible for managing and executing the sales and channel strategies associated with Streambox continued penetration into key vertical markets. Prior to joining Streambox, Heiner held key positions at Staffing Options & Solutions where he was responsible for business development and sales. Previously, he was President of Virtual Video, where he pursued and secured acquisition from a major national chain. Heiner holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Alaska and an M.B.A. from City University.
Jane Klausen, Director of Marketing
Jane Klausen is charged with the development and management of Streambox’s marketing and brand strategies. Prior to joining Streambox, Klausen was Manager of Global Customer References at WRQ, one of the largest software companies in the United States. While at WRQ she increased the number of reference customers by 30% resulting in enhanced press coverage. Previously, Klausen was Executive Director of International Exhibitor Services where she increased revenues and produced net profits for three consecutive years. Klausen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Sergey Kabakov, Managing Director, R&D
Dr. Kabakov leads a team of system architects, codec developers, and mathematicians. Prior to joining Streambox, Kabakov was Professor of Applied Mathematics at Khabarovsk Technology University, Russia where he published over 70 research papers. An expert in mathematical modeling, design, and project management, he has extensive experience managing large scale projects of a global nature, including projects in Russia, Germany, and China.
