The new system, which features an extended battery life, is integrated into one super-compact portable device supplied with a sturdy carry handle for easy transportation. Measuring just 1.98 inches high by 11.8 inches wide by 9.65 inches deep and weighing 6.8 pounds, this video transport system gives the user ultimate flexibility in terms of mobility without sacrificing performance, reliability, and quality.

Streambox^® SBT3-5200 Video Transport System — Streambox is introducing a brand-new 1-RU video transport system, the Streambox® SBT3-5200. The new system utilizes the Streambox^® ACT-L3™ codec and advanced proprietary compression technologies widely used by government, news organizations, and enterprises worldwide. It adds the benefit of a smaller, lighter-weight chassis and a low power requirement. The SBT3-5200 enables customers to transmit broadcast video in real time over any IP- or satellite-based network for live broadcasts, distribution to cable head-ends, or real-time viewing on desktop or laptop clients. Measuring just 1.75 inches high by 18.75 inches wide by 17.5 inches deep, the new encoder/decoder set makes it easier for government and military to integrate the video transport system into trucks, aircraft, or other settings where space is scarce.
