Compact 1RU Profile for SD Video
Already used by organizations worldwide, the 5300 is a 1RU rackmount unit that transmits SD video over a variety of low data rate IP networks. The most recent in our line of SD models, it includes advantaged features such as adjustable latency, user-configurable presets, closed captioning, and remote management. The encoder’s half duplex mode enables it to be used as a decoder with multiple SDI and composite outputs.

Our customers choose the Streambox 5300 for Live SD Newsgathering, Sports and Events, and Government and Military as well as other video delivery applications. The compact lightweight unit is ideal for use in live news broadcasts, distribution to cable head ends, integration into news trucks and similar applications. The 5300 is important for situations that require it’s small size, high reliability, superior performance, and low power requirements.
